Cooper Consulting and Investment was founded in 2012 by Guy Cooper. During the years the company consulted to a multitude of entities including global industry leaders in crop protection, crop nutrition, bio pesticides, digital agriculture, functional foods, research institutes as well as venture capital investors.

Acting as principal advisor to a very large private equity firm in designing a strategic growth initiative involving their crop protection unit

About Guy Cooper

Prior to forming the company, Guy held senior executive positions in leading agricultural businesses. His last role was Deputy CEO and Executive Vice President at STK- Bio Technologies, a global leader in bio-pesticide innovation where he was responsible for Strategy, Commerce, and Business Development. During that time, Guy oversaw global commercial operations for STK, including asset management, business development, marketing and sales. He was also responsible for mapping and executing the corporate strategy and led several commercial initiatives which transformed the company into a globally recognized leader in plant extract bio-innovation, whose products are distributed by industry titans.

Prior to joining STK, Cooper spent twelve years with ADAMA, a world leader in off patent crop protection chemicals, heading up several global business units.
Over the years Guy has amassed considerable experience in the commercialization and operation of a wide variety of technologies and product, ranging from premium brands to commodities, developing his distinct viewpoint on cultivating and delivering long-term value in the most important regions of the world.
Guy is a holder of an MBA (honors) in Marketing, Finance, and Organizational Behavior as well as a BA degree in Economics and International Affairs, both from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
